Privacy & Disclosure
Last updated: June 2026
CreditEats is a free map of restaurants where premium-card dining benefits work — the Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables program and the American Express Resy dining credit. This page explains what data we handle, the cookies used, and our affiliate relationships.
Who we are
CreditEats is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chase, Visa, OpenTable, American Express, Resy, or any restaurant. "Chase Sapphire Reserve," "American Express," and "Resy" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the benefits.
Information we collect
- Location: If you tap "Near me," your browser shares your approximate location with your permission. It is used only in your browser to sort restaurants by distance. We do not store or transmit it.
- Usage analytics: We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, country) to understand traffic. This does not identify you.
- We do not ask for or store your name, email, or payment information. There are no user accounts.
Cookies & advertising
We show display ads (e.g., Google AdSense) to keep the site free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and you can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
For Google's use of advertising cookies, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. EU/UK and California visitors have additional rights under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of personalized advertising.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links on this site — in particular the "Book" links to OpenTable and Resy — may be affiliate links. If you click one and complete an action (such as dining at a reserved table), we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which restaurants are shown or how they are ranked; the lists mirror the official Chase/OpenTable and Amex/Resy programs.
Third-party services
- OpenTable — Sapphire Reserve restaurant data and booking links.
- Resy — Amex Resy Credit restaurant data, eligibility, and booking links.
- Map tiles — © OpenStreetMap contributors, © CARTO.
- Restaurant photos — served by OpenTable's image CDN.
- Google AdSense — advertising.
These services have their own privacy policies governing data they collect.
Accuracy
The restaurant lists change over time. For Sapphire Reserve, confirm eligibility on OpenTable before dining. For the Amex Resy Credit, eligibility comes from Resy's live data — and from August 1, 2026 the credit only works where Resy marks a venue "Qualifies for Resy Credit," so confirm on the venue's Resy page. We make no guarantee that any listed restaurant currently qualifies for a credit.
